Who I Help
I work with small businesses in Wisconsin, particularly in the Greater Milwaukee area, and occasionally elsewhere. Most of my clients usually have at least one IT professional on staff but no full-time security leader. They often are facing regulatory, contractual, or insurance-related cybersecurity requirements.
How I Work
You work directly with me, with no account managers, junior staff, or handoffs. For ongoing needs, I work on retainer as your Fractional Cybersecurity Leader, helping to prioritize risks, strengthen your security program, meet compliance requirements, and maintain progress over time. For a specific need, I work on a project basis with an agreed scope, deliverables, and timeline. Projects may include assessments, vulnerability management and remediation, third-party risk reviews, policies and procedures, and IT audit support. What Happens When You Reach Out
You do not need a fully defined project or all the answers. Tell me what is driving the need and where you may be getting stuck. I’ll respond personally, and we can have a short, straightforward conversation, not a sales pitch. I’ll tell you candidly whether I can help and recommend an appropriate next step.
